The last two startups that Pedro worked internally for were acquired by Apple (drive.ai) and NVIDIA (deepmap.ai). He really fell in love with the startup world but realized that recruiting was just very much misunderstood by a lot of startups and wanted to make a difference. His focus at SAVVI is not only to recruit the top talent but to educate startups on recruiting best practices so that they can continue to grow their organizations in a healthy way.
